While the one of a kind work we produce is not an easily priced commodity, and countless factors can influence final cost, these are the base-line rates for our estimates.

1. Image Licensing Fees:
   1. 5 Images = $2,000 ($400 each)
   2. 10 Images = $3,250 ($325 each)
   3. 15 Images = $4,200 ($280 each)
   4. 20 Images = $5,000 ($250 each)
   5. 25 Images = $5,750 ($230 each)
   6. All additional images = $150/each
2. Co-Licensing/ Shared Costs:  
   1. 30% of total licensing fee per additional Party with total divided among all parties 
      • Example: 2 parties licensing 10 Images = $3,250 + 30% ($975) Divided by 2 = $2,112.50 each
      • We can arrange co-licensing up front to include the Architect, Consultants, Owner, Contractor, Landscapers, Sub-Contrators, and even interested Product Vendors ... Co-Licensing equals big savings for all!
3. Retouching: 
   1. Free for industry standard work (remove usual debris, unwanted reflections, sidewalk cracks, etc.)
   2. $125/hr. (substantial retouching, such as adding landscaping, removing overgrown trees in front of the building, adding foreground reflections, etc.)
      • Additional work will be estimated and approved prior to commencement of work at client's request
4. Travel and expenses:
   1. Mileage = Federal Mileage Rate (currently $0.70/ mile)
   2. Other Expenses = Direct cost plus 5% (Hired models, staging services, staging rental, meals, hotels, non-standard equipment rental, etc.)
      • Additional expenses will be estimated and approved prior to commencement of work at client's request
      • Receipts provided
